Responsibilities
Provide Support and Guidance: Be the go-to person for users needing assistance with UKG Pro and Workforce Management, offering prompt and helpful solutions.
Resolve System Issues: Identify and address functional and technical challenges, including system configurations, data integrity, and workflows.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with users and vendors to facilitate clear communication and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Deliver Customized Training: Partner with end-users to understand their needs and provide training that enhances their experience and system utilization.
Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop and update user-friendly guides, troubleshooting documents, and training materials for easy access and reference.
Support System Enhancements: Contribute to system updates, upgrades, and new features, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Generate Reports for Insights: Create and analyze various reports to help drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management systems.
A solid understanding of key HR functions, including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Workflow, particularly within the UKG environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and advocate for the needs of end-users.
Ability to thrive both independently and within a team, adapting to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on inclusivity and continuous improvement.
Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and upholding high performance standards while embracing diversity and equity in all aspects of the work.
