Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of training coordination between Bank and Vendor, including handling participant invites-reminders follow ups, managing calendars, rescheduling, managing logistics-scheduling, venue booking (in person/virtual) material, recordings, creating tracking mechanism-develop and maintain efficient tracking systems to monitor attendance, course completion rates and feedback/survey creation ownership.
Use advanced MS Excel and basic Power BI to create dashboards, detailed reports on training with ability to roll up at multiple organizational levels and aggregate/disaggregate by training modes and modules. Identify and execute on areas of improvement, ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices and ability to document procedures for further reference/audit purposes.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth execution of training programs and mandatory traceability.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy, analytical mindset, ability to translate data into actionable insights and ability to collaborate with multiple partners.
Advanced skills in Office applications including Excel, Word and SharePoint.
