Responsibilities
• Support system readiness through business acceptance testing and validation of configuration for accurate compensation delivery.
• Support year-end compensation decision system delivery (data uploads, analysis, system testing, process review, and documentation).
• Develop and execute compensation programs, tools, and activities for various business units.
• Provide compensation program and reporting expertise and guidance.
• Identify and address issues, trends, and gaps; conduct investigations.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve issues, streamline processes, and implement solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal global partners; streamline interaction models and processes.
• Conduct data analysis to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess program effectiveness.
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control; ensure processes align with risk appetite.
• Stay informed about changing legal/regulatory requirements; consult with HR policy/process owners to ensure compliance.
• Contribute as a team member; promote a positive work environment; ensure timely communication of issues.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Proven testing experience
• Experience as an HR Program Specialist
• Experience working with HR Partners and Program Delivery managers
• Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
• Advanced Excel skills
• HR Analytics experience
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) is a strong asset
