Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
Read and interpret various diagrams and repair manuals
Perform basic welding tasks
Qualifications
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in construction equipment mechanics or other relevant training
2 to 10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs and diagnostics
Valid class 5 driver’s license; class 1 or 3 license is an asset
Basic computer skills and ability to use manuals for parts and diagnostics
Available to work both indoors and outdoors
Ability to read and understand diagrams and schematics (an asset)
PEP card (an asset)
