Our customer sells thousands of brand name products and is the authorized distributor for such brands as Caterpillar, Spectra Precision / Trimble, Wacker Neuson, Stihl, Honda, SkyJack, Genie, Husqvarna, Atlas Copco, Bosch, Gorman-Rupp, as well as many others.

Responsibilities
-Maintain a clean and organized work station;
-Troubleshoot and estimate costs of repairs;
-Verify and inspect rental equipment to ensure proper functioning and to detect faults and avoid malfunctions;
-Adjust equipment and repairs or replace defective parts, components or systems using hand and power tools;
-Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure manufacturers' specifications compliance;
-Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance work on equipment;
-Service attachments and working tools;
-Order parts as needed;
-Complete different service reports.
Qualifications
An experienced technician, or 3rd/4th year apprentice with the ability to diagnosis, perform failure analysis, and repair all types of construction equipment.
-Existing knowledge of construction equipment and building products;
-Hands on experience in the repair and service/maintenance requirements for various types of construction equipment;
-Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with company and factory standards;
-Ability to work independently, and in a team atmosphere;
-Good communication and people skills;
-Strong time management and organizational skills;
-Operate and maintain all shop equipment and ensure a safe, clean & organized shop area;
-All other duties as assigned by the Branch & Service Managers.
