Hourly wage ranging from $40.00 to $54.00, based on experience. ( with $54 being a seasoned 10 – 15-year Journeyman)
Straight days: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime on weekends.
Potential for quarterly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
What you'll doing:
Maintain, repair, overhaul, and install hydraulic systems on heavy vehicles and industrial equipment, focusing on Parker hydraulic pumps and CAT/Cummins engines.
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and code specifications for industrial equipment installations.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repairs to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel systems as per schematics and industry standards.
Mentor and provide training to apprentices under supervision.
Adhere to all safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
Qualifications
What you bring:
Certification: Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician or Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic (non-certified applicants will not be considered).
Strong understanding of hydraulics, power transmissions, and diesel engines.
Experience with hydraulic schematics, hosing, crimping, and troubleshooting.
CVIP licensing or relevant experience is a strong asset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on precision and mechanical troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technology and processes.
