Responsibilities Include:
Deploying and Driving IT Strategic Development in Canada: This involves formulating
and executing IT strategies aligned with country goals and business objectives. It
includes identifying opportunities for technology adoption, innovation, and growth.
Leading a deployment of global tools, develop IT & Business and Implementing
Synergy Across Countries: As a leader, you’ll foster collaboration among IT experts
across different countries within the region. Building a community allows for
knowledge sharing, best practices, and collective problem-solving.
Part of the business growing and represent IT EA behind Partners (RFI, RFP,
Onboarding project team)
IT Oversight: You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT within your
designated country. This includes managing recruitment, budgeting, IT Cost model,
planning, and reporting in collaboration with local COO. Ensuring efficient IT
operations and alignment with organizational goals is crucial.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assessing IT performance is essential. This
involves evaluating benefits, cost savings, and overall effectiveness at various
levels—globally, regionally, and locally.
Industrializing the IT Delivery Engine homogeneously with other Expansion Countries
and according to the guidelines agreed with software development & excellence
team: Standardizing IT processes and practices across expansion countries ensures
consistency, efficiency, and scalability. This harmonization supports seamless
operations and growth.
Ensuring adequacy of local decisions with Group Strategy: Balancing country needs
with the broader organizational strategy is critical. Your decisions should align with
the overall group vision while addressing specific regional requirements.
Implement and lead the local IT Governance.
Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
In-Depth Knowledge of IT and Technology:
o Must have a solid understanding of IT design software, data management,
digital & AI technology trends.
o Should have some knowledge about network infrastructure and IT security.
o Adaptability to the specific requirements of the country or region under their
supervision is essential.
Leadership and Team Management Skills:
o Excellent leadership, impactful communication, empathy and team
management skills.
o Must be capable of leading and motivating a team of technical experts and
take a higher perspective regarding the business value chain of the regional
CEO and sales teams.
o Should having a mindset of continuous improvement loop and to put in place
processes to secure the critical knowledge in the regions.
Cultural and Regional Sensitivity:
o Should understand cultural norms and the ability to adapt to a multicultural
environment.
IT Pre-Sales & IT Sales activities:
o Must have a strong and impactful communication when engaging with clients
and prospects.
IT Operations Management: Local Head of IT is responsible for overall IT operations
management within country.
o This includes budget, planning, project management, system maintenance,
and collaboration with local and global teams.
Strategy and alignment with Global EA:
