**The Role:**

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GRC Analyst to support their compliance, risk management, and privacy initiatives. In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the Director of Security & GRC and the CLRO, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. **Responsibilities:**

* Support audit-related activities, including bank partner audits, SOC2 reporting, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST).
* Assist with the onboarding and due diligence of bank customers and technology partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Contribute to the enterprise risk management program, including risk tracking and monitoring.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of GDPR-compliant data privacy policies and procedures.
* Support ongoing operations by maintaining data inventories and Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs), and assisting with Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and related inquiries.
* Assist in drafting and preparing information security and corporate policies and best practices.
* Support vendor risk management activities, including assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 3+ years of experience in a compliance, risk management, or related role.
* Strong understanding of compliance and audit principles, including SOC2 & ISO.
* Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
* Compliance certifications (e.g., CISA, CIPP, Security +) are a plus.
* Experience with access management and vulnerability management is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
