Responsibilities
-Conceive, design, develop and deploy various print and digital marketing concepts and tools
-Actively participate in the development of creative ideas and concepts, and make recommendations on new initiatives, methods and content based on current trends
-Research, develop, retouch and process images
-Coordinate and execute regular updates of leasing marketing materials in collaboration with the leasing team
-Apply brand guidelines and ensure compliance with graphic standards, consistency and quality of graphic communications within the company
-Manage the production schedule with suppliers and internal teams to produce, deliver and install material within the required deadlines
-Coordinate feasibility, quotations, production, and billing follow-up with various stakeholders
-Be a leader and brand ambassador
-Be responsible for the brand's filing system and graphic resources
-Perform all other related tasks
Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design
-Bachelor's degree or D.E.C. in graphic design/graphics/infography or equivalent studies
-In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite
-Knowledge of production techniques for various materials
-Knowledge of Asana an asset
-Photography skills and knowledge of digital and video platforms, an asset
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Ability to execute quickly, to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
-Overflowing creativity, curiosity, autonomy, sense of priorities
-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, adaptability and flexibility
-Mastery of branding concepts
