Responsibilities
Creative Design & Development
• Design visually compelling content for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media.
• Create concepts, artwork, and layouts for ads, brochures, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, signage, websites, and more.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop or source images for use in creative projects and oversee the layout and formatting of materials.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and copywriters to ensure a cohesive relationship between copy and design.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and create high-quality branded materials that align with their marketing strategies.
• Offer design recommendations and creative direction to marketing teams and business partners.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative projects.
• Research industry trends and competitor creative to inform and enhance design strategies.
Project Management & Execution
• Manage assigned design projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and secure approvals.
• Identify process efficiencies and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners for printing, digital production, and photography, ensuring the use of preferred vendors when applicable.
Risk & Compliance
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage risks, escalating high-risk activities as necessary.
• Maintain a strong focus on confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Continuous Improvement & Professional Development
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Leverage industry best practices and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the design function.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of professional design experience.
• Experience designing for banks is highly desired.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in various media formats, including print, digital, and video.
• Ability to visualize in both 2D and 3D and understand design aesthetics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Previous experience using computer-based design tools to create layouts and generate new images.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Associate’s degree in design or a certificate in graphic design required.
