Responsibilities
Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, marketing collateral, logos, and promotional materials.
Develop website layouts and user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Conceptualize and execute creative solutions that meet project objectives and target audience needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct research and gather information to inform design decisions and strategies.
Provide input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively.
Maintain and update design files and assets for future use.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
Proven experience in graphic design and web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
