Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain GIS web applications using C#.NET and ArcGIS Pro SDK
• Perform unit testing and ensure code quality aligns with project standards
• Document application processes and solutions following organizational guidelines
• Work with spatial databases to manage and analyze geospatial data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights
• Utilize Esri tools, including ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS, to build solutions
• Ensure applications are optimized for different devices using responsive design principles
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Five (5) years' working experience within the last seven (7) years developing or sustaining applications built with the Esri toolset.
• Five(5) years working experience with ArcGIS Pro SDK C# .Net skills (WPF - Windows Presentation Foundation).
• Three (3) years' experience with with ArcGIS pro.
• Two (2) years' experience with ArcMap.
• Two (2) years' experience with Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS online.
• Five (5) years' experience with spatial databases
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience building solutions with traditional Waterfall and /or Agile methodology for software development depending on the project need.
• Experience working with Responsive Web Design practices for different form factor devices (iPad, phone, laptop, desktop, etc.)
• Experience building or maintaining solutions built with the Spatial ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tool Feature Manipulation Engine (FME).
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Experience with ESRI webapp builder/Experience builder.
• Experience with custom frameworks developed in an organization
