Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Schedule: Day shift – Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000, based on experience
Location: Ville St-Laurent
Industry: Food Distribution

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse staff while ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies
Ensure accuracy and compliance in inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational and customer requirements
Coordinate the proper receiving, sorting, labeling, and storage of all materials, items, and products according to company standards
Work closely with the purchasing team to align inventory levels with production schedules and customer demand
Organize and manage warehouse space to maximize efficiency
Oversee daily equipment inspection reports and ensure proper maintenance of warehouse vehicles and machinery
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions
Manage and organize the cycle count inventory process

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience in personnel management within a warehouse environment
✅ Strong experience with inventory management systems
✅ Background in food distribution
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-turnover inventory environment
✅ Functional bilingualism (French and English)
