Responsibilities
• Ensure system availability and responsiveness through effective incident management
• Configure and support Genesys Cloud CIC and related applications
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor application performance and analyze trends for optimization
• Participate in testing, deployments, and transition to operations processes
• Provide expert advice and support for projects, enhancements, and troubleshooting
• Document technical designs, unit test plans, and contribute to the knowledge base
Qualifications
• 1-5 years of experience supporting mission-critical IS applications
• Genesys Cloud certification and strong telephony/telecom background
• Proficiency with SIP, APIs, and cloud integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
