Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing documents for digitization and destruction (removing staples/paperclips).
Scanning documents.
Performing data entry.
Lifting and moving boxes to and from the document preparation area.
Sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning.
Ensuring image quality and performing quality control.
Indexing, packaging, and releasing processed documents.
Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking.
Maintaining a clean work environment.
Performing scanning tasks on complex conversions utilizing specialized equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a data entry/imaging environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Ability to type 30-40 words per minute (SHL typing test required - details provided upon application).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and correct quality issues.
- able to work in a sitting position for the majority of the role
- steel toe shoes are required
