Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process for corporate entities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, bank deposits, and monthly balance reports.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support month-end closing in collaboration with AR and AP specialists.
- Assist with audit preparation and support, including compiling required working papers and documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the accounting team and broader organization.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
- Strong background in intercompany transactions is essential.
- Experience working in the construction industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and common accounting software.
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines during month-end closing periods.
