Responsibilities
Our Client operates across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily basis
-Process received documents related to problem files (electronic or paper) in order to complete the funding transactions without delays
- Handle inbound calls to assist and inform dealers and provide answers/solutions to their inquiries in order to provide an exceptional dealer service
- Pro-actively follow up with dealers for missing documentation related to problem files in order to complete the funding transactions without delays
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and French);
- Attention to detail,
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of accounting principles an asset
- Mastery of the Office Suite
