We're looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to support the Securities Lending business, with a focus on post-trade services like loan settlement management. You’ll primarily develop software, working on a suite of related products and services that are critical to the business.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and cross-functional collaboration with global teams. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across business and tech, building high-quality solutions in an environment that values both innovation and production stability.

Responsibilities
Main Duties:
Develop scalable Java server-side applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and JPA/Hibernate
Contribute to cloud-native development and work with Kubernetes and Docker
Design and build microservices and participate in overall solution architecture
Provide production support and bug fixing throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate daily with business analysts, project managers, and development teams
Participate in daily standups, regular retrospectives, and continuous improvement discussions
A Day in the Life
Morning team stand-up and task planning
Meet with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Focused development time, paired with occasional production support
Regular team check-ins to review progress and improve processes
Qualifications
Must-Haves
Strong hands-on Java server-side experience
Proficiency in cloud-native application development
Solid background in microservice architecture
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate, JMS/Messaging
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker containers
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
A disciplined and process-driven mindset
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Angular (front-end)
Familiarity with GCP Looker report development
