The ideal candidate is customer focused, entrepreneurial and thrives in a team oriented and collaborative culture. As our Frozen Food Trader you will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to grow existing accounts and build new business for our client.This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a sales strategy.

Salary $50,000-$70,000
4 days in office, 1 day at home (after training)

Responsibilities
• Identify sales opportunities with Frozen Food Wholesalers & Retailers
• Develop and maintain key relationships with Frozen Food Processors
• Develop Market Intelligence on international crop conditions
• Plan, Cost negotiate and execute purchasing of Frozen Food products
• Conduct and ensure proper fulfilment of sales and purchase contracts
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Formulate achieve and surpass sales budgets
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful negotiation strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a team setting in a fast paced office setting
• Strong reasoning ability, mental agility, capacity to multitask and negotiate successfully
• Keen interest in Current events related to business and economic matters
