Responsibilities
In this French Bilingual Collections Specialist role in Oakville, you will hold the following responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both French and English to resolve payment issues and disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts, address discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities in the system.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, collection efforts, and key performance metrics.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure accounts remain in good standing.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this French Bilingual Collections Specialist role in Oakville, you will need the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B Collections experience.
- Must have excellent command of French and English.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
