Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of the 3PL transportation services. This role will involve sales and business development, client relationship management, collaboration with internal teams, reporting and additional administrative tasks for record keeping.
This role could also involve cradle-to-grave for operations and sales if that's what you prefer!
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience with an active book of business
- Strong understanding of transportation solutions, supply chain management, and 3PL services.
- Strong customer service skills and negotiations skills
- Passion for transport industry, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment;
- Fully bilingual (English/French, written/spoken)
