Job Title: FP&A Manager - Multinational - Manufacturing Sector
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 130K depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts
- Lead the overall budget process, financial forecasts and multi-year strategic plans.
- Act as a business partner to manufacturing operations, supply chain and sales teams.
- Produce business cases, complex financial modeling, and dashboards for senior management.
- Define and implement relevant performance indicators (KPIs) oriented towards continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and actively contribute to the automation of financial management tools.
- Participate in large-scale strategic projects: digital transformation, business model review, organic growth and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA or CPA designation a major asset).
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in FP&A, performance management and financial modeling.
- Excellent team management, coaching and talent mobilization skills.
- Strong analytical mind, rigor, and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
