Responsibilities
Operate Raymond reach, Order Picker & Dock Stocker forklifts
Change dates/materials per shop orders
Operate IPC interface/online labelers
Report food safety/quality issues
Maintain line operation
Follow safety protocols
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Hold certification for all three forklift types (Raymond Reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker).
Have at least one year of experience operating all three forklifts in an industrial environment.
Be available to work full-time hours from Monday to Friday.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
Have basic computer skills.
Be able to pass a criminal background check.
Be fully vaccinated, including both the first and second doses.
Manage conflicts effectively and provide resolutions.
Understand the importance of "right first time" quality.
Show initiative, follow directions, and execute plans efficiently.
Have technical aptitude (a technical background is a plus).
Be familiar with SOPs related to cleaning, startup, safety, operation, and CQP.
