Forklift Operator - Crown Reach

Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities
Operate Crown reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker forklifts.
Update dates and materials according to shop orders.
Use IPC interface and online labelers.
Report any food safety or quality concerns.
Ensure smooth line operations.
Adhere to safety protocols.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Hold certifications for all three forklift types: Crown Reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker.
Possess at least one year of experience operating all three forklifts in an industrial setting.
Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Have basic computer skills.
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Fully vaccinated, including both the first and second doses.
Effectively manage conflicts and provide resolutions.
Understand the importance of delivering "right first time" quality.
Show initiative, follow instructions, and execute plans efficiently.
Possess technical aptitude (a technical background is a plus).
Familiar with SOPs for cleaning, startup, safety, operation, and CQP.
