Our client in Mississauga is looking for their next Fleet Coordinator to support their Ontario operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Administrative Support to the Ontario Fleet Team. If you are interested, please apply online with a copy of your resume.
Position: Fleet Coordinator
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Start Date: July 2024
Location: Mississauga (Hurontario & Britannia)
Salary: $22/hr
Hours: M - F, 8:30 - 4:30 (flexibility after training)

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate Ontario fleet maintenance and repairs and work effectively with other departments to achieve understanding/resolutions of fleet/maintenance
- Ensure compliance with governmental and internal equipment and safety standards
- Facilitate parts ordering and inventory controls
- Coordinate with outside vendors (payment of invoices, reconciling visa statements, cost management)
- Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, etc
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Provide ongoing support for the Ontario Fleet team
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Successful completion of high school diploma
- Administrative/Office Management program is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills required
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
