Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst - Finance Transformation will be :
Business Analyst :
- Business partner in the implementation of the new ERP - Netsuite
- Adapt processes to be as close as possible to the standard and optimize the tool, work on processes and documentation and train users in the best use of the tool.
Financial analyst - BI
- Improve reporting by implementing new monitoring tools and BI reporting.
- Be a driving force behind all new tools that can bring added value to the teams.
Ad hoc mandates to optimize processes and systems to support the company's growth.
Qualifications
The qualifications expected for this Transformation finance analyst role are :
- Accounting or finance background, CPA a strong asset
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, including 2 years in implementing/using Netsuite
- experience in an auditing firm and/or FP&A is an asset in this role
- French speaking and fluent in English
- Proactive and dynamic
