Responsibilities
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, particularly in platform migration, integrations, security, and change management.
• Establish long term support model with vendor and internal teams for future system maintenance and development.
• Establish platform migration plans, ensuring validation, reconciliation, and cleanup steps are in place.
• Identify and redevelop customizations, reports and processes that need to be rebuilt or reconfigured in the SaaS environment.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of project management experience in ERP, SaaS migration, or cloud transformations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Unit4, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics, or similar), including finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and budgeting modules.
• Proven experience leading on-premise to SaaS ERP migration projects, preferably with Unit4, or other Financial ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SaaS architecture, multi-tenant environments, cloud security, and vendor-managed hosting models.
• Strong understanding and experience in managing ERP integrations, financial systems, HR/payroll processes, and reporting tools (SQL, Azure, APIs, etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, SQL, Key Vault, Event Grid, etc.) is a plus.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in a public sector, municipal, or enterprise environment.
• Experience working within a structured PMO environment, including adherence to governance frameworks and project portfolio management best practices.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or Agile certifications are preferred.
