Responsibilities
As an FP&A Costing Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing and monitoring production costs and variances compared to forecasts.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to costs.
Developing and maintaining financial models and cost reporting tools.
Providing detailed analysis to support strategic cost-related decisions.
Collaborating with operational teams to identify cost optimization opportunities.
Monitoring and analyzing margins and profitability.
Assisting in the preparation of internal and external audits related to costs.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Cost Accounting, , or equivalent (minimum Bac +3).
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in FP&A or management control.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong knowledge of costing techniques and financial indicators.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other departments.
Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
