Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
- Lead and manage a team of financial professionals. Coach, develop and motivate staff to achieve performance excellence
- Prepare, analyze and present monthly and annual operating results
- Develop and scale accounting systems and controls to prepare for business growth and expansion
- Work with management on growth initiatives
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Provide detailed financial analysis for each business unit
- Bring new ideas and work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
- Create ad hoc reports at the request of senior management
Qualifications
- CPA designation obtained or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
- Strong technical understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent command of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Bilingualism (oral and written)
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
