Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting and financial operations, including the monthly and annual closing cycles.
- Ensure compliance of financial statements and reports with applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate external audits and collaborate with stakeholders (banks, investors, auditors).
- Produce and analyze financial statements, budgets and cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve financial performance.
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze the profitability of current and future real estate projects.
- Participate in the financial structuring of new projects (financial modeling, financing, grants).
- Manage the relationship with financial institutions and ensure cash flow management.
- Supervise and develop the accounting and finance team.
- Implement and optimize internal control processes and systems.
- Collaborate closely with management to support the company's growth and strategic vision.
Qualifications
- CPA (major asset) or finance/accounting training.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solution-oriented mindset, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
