As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in interpreting financial results and supporting decision-making. You will work closely with the management of different divisions to transform data into performance drivers. Your analysis will guide senior management and support the company’s growth and efficiency objectives!

Responsibilities
• Manage the weekly and monthly financial disclosure process in collaboration with division management.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying key trends.
• Investigate and contextualize variances to propose optimization opportunities.
• Advise divisions on accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and best budgeting practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams and management.
• Proactively address the specific financial needs of the divisions.
• Prepare clear and impactful reports for senior management, including financial forecasts and strategic analyses.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA designation in progress.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience with IFRS standards.
• Bilingual (International exposure).
• A natural talent for communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
