Responsibilities
-Provide business management support related to workforce management and financial analysis.
-Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.
-Deliver business and performance reporting for effective workforce planning and executive decision-making.
-Support reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Internal Audit programs and projects.
-Track and manage third-party contractor onboarding and spend.
-Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
-Solve complex financial and operational challenges through strategic problem-solving.

Qualifications
-Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business.
-CPA designation (strong asset).
-5+ years of experience in finance.
-Strong business acumen and judgment.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong time management, organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
-Banking or internal audit experience (preferred but not required).
