Responsibilities
The financial reporting analyst will have, among other things, the following responsibilities:
- Participate in regulatory reporting with current laws;
- Collaborate in the preparation of the company's financial statements according to applicable standards;
- Prepare notes to the financial statements;
- Perform reconciliation of general ledger accounts;
- Strengthen and improve the accounting and financial controls in place;
- Analyze the variation of accounts and highlight trends and significant variations;
- Propose solutions for better cost management;
- Participate in the analysis of special projects;
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualifications for this financial reporting analyst position:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- CPA or ACCA title, a major asset;
- Mastery of the application of IFRS or USGAAP accounting standards;
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written;
- Experience in the financial sector;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel: V and VBA search.
