Responsibilities
- Perform company valuation analyses using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and comparable transactions.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to simulate different strategic scenarios.
- Analyze the historical and projected performance of target companies
- Study trends in the technology sector and their impact on company valuation.
- Follow market developments, fundraising, and recent transactions in the industry.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to technological and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with the finance, investment and strategic development teams to evaluate growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, investors and external partners.
- Participate in financial due diligence during merger-acquisition transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- CPA, CFA or CBV certification is an asset
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business valuation or M&A transactions.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Knowledge of financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook).
- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analytical mind and rigor in the interpretation of financial data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment in a dynamic and growing environment.
