Finance Manager

Responsibilities
As the Finance Manager, you will act as a Finance Business partner for all Accounting & Finance functions within the organization and will communicate with all departments across Canada and the USA
Having the following experience is required to ensure success!

* Responsible to deliver Group Financial Reporting and meet the needs of the North American leadership team
* Prepare the budgets and provide strategy updates to the leadership teams across North America
* Provide strategic decision making
* Develop and implement financial business optimization plans
* Work closely with the Plant Controllers to understand and report on plant performance, productivity and capability utilization
* Act as the interface between the Business Units Regional teams and Corporate
* Lead and develop the North American Controlling team with dotted line reports in India as well
* Responsible for the organization of all inventory counts in line with existing policies
* Supervise tax, treasury, accounting, reporting to ensure follow up and compliance


Qualifications
* CPA designated preferred (will also consider MBA)
* Expert knowledge of IFRS and knowledge of Canadian GAAP & US GAAP
* Must have experience working with an international company and oversight on both Canada & US Finance operations
* Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, plant controlling
* Project management skills
* Proficient in SAP preferred and Power BI
