Responsibilities
The Financial Director will have to organize and manage autonomously missions of the following types:
- Prepare or revise the annual budget and financial forecasts
- Determine funding and grant needs and support clients in the application processes with various stakeholders
- Validate or revise clients' business plans
- Set up a dashboard and analyze the results monthly
- Set up management tools according to customer needs
- Ensure the adequacy of internal controls
- Establish the strategic alignment of clients in terms of their financial management needs
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- CPA, an important asset
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to take initiative
- Intellectually curious: Limitless commitment to continual improvement.
- Bilingual environment
- Strong work ethic and great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel
