Responsibilities
As Director of Finance - Finance Transformation, your responsibilities will evolve over time:
Initially, the role will cover:
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reporting for senior management
- Identifying potential efficiency gains and leading the optimization of processes and systems
- Providing expert advice by applying your technical expertise to resolve complex accounting issues and support strategic decisions
- Developing and strengthening internal controls
- Managing tax compliance and optimization
- Supporting senior management in external growth projects
Qualifications
For this Director of Finance - Finance Transformation role, the required qualifications are:
- CPA designation
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Fluent in French, with good English skills (international activities)
- Proven experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of PowerBI and NetSuite is a strong asset
