Responsibilities
- Maintain & Service Welding fume and Vehicle exhaust extraction equipment, making repairs and modifications when necessary.
- Conduct all preventative and other maintenance activities as per set procedures
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as forklift, scissor lift
- Provide updates and maintain the required documentation/ checklist on all work area maintenance activities (work orders and daily activity report).
Qualifications
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
- Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Driver's license (Good to great drivers abstract)
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical Certification/License is preferred
- Ability to work various locations
- Open to Canadian residents with citizenship or current work permits.
