Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on-site and remotely.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial bakery equipment across customer locations.
- Provide on-call service and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Build customer relationships, provide training, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Experience with industrial equipment and ability to read technical schematics.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-travel environment.
**French language skills are a plus, but not required.
