Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Assist head welders in setting up and preparing materials for welding operations.
Operate robotic welding machines efficiently and safely following setup by welders.
Conduct regular quality control inspections during the welding process to ensure products meet specifications.
Execute CNC operations according to instructions and programs provided by machinists.
Monitor CNC machinery during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality of machined parts.
Perform powder coating tasks to apply finishes to products accurately and evenly.
Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions meticulously to meet precise manufacturing requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient manufacturing processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production and operational objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably with robotic welding machines, CNC machines, and powder coating equipment.
High attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in manufacturing.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing operations.
