Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses or appropriate action.
- Organize and maintain files, databases, and confidential information, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of special projects and events, as needed.
- Support the preparation of financial documents, including expense reports and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and office efficiency.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Comfortable working in a high-energy environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
