We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the President of this organization so that the business can achieve its goals and deliver success. As an integral member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives, preparing business reports, managing schedules and facilitating seamless communication.

Responsibilities
About the position and you:
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and support additional 3 VP's from time to time. Also acting as a gatekeeper, you will effectively manage inquiries and requests, and ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
Your duties will include:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the President with precision and professionalism.
- Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing events and handling travel arrangements.
- You will need to anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity and serve as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating collaboration.
Schedule appointments and coordinate the calendars (business and personal)
- Manage email inboxes and email correspondence
- Book business travel and family vacations
- Assist the President and VP's with project management and office administration
- Anticipate and understand the needs of the President, sometimes before they do it themselves
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, with a track record of success in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
You posses these qualities:
- A strong ability to research information on the internet and any other sources of data quickly and accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good grasp of British English grammar
- Confidence with various software platforms
- Good planning skills with an eye for detail combined with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while remaining calm under pressure even when working towards tight deadlines
- A proven track record of at least 3 years experience as an executive personal assistant
