Responsibilities
• Providing timely and efficient administrative support and calendar management to the Director and Sales team
• Assisting in Planning and Coordinating various meetings and company events
• Answering phone calls, sorting mail, and escalating them to the appropriate team.
• Work closely with the showroom manager and keep the showroom and kitchen area in order.
• Managing the showroom's Social Media, such as Instagram and Facebook
• Liaising with internal and external vendors to maintain the office supplies
• Gathering primary and secondary information to prepare reports that serve the business needs
• Using CRM to gather information on monthly sales forecast and communicating it with the sales team
• Coordinating with the facilities team to ensure that the materials and equipment required are available and in operational order
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant with experience in supporting C-level executives
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment
• A high comfort level with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) is a must.
• Experience in retail or design or similar industry is an asset.
