Answer phones, emails requests from clients and internal team
Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail – meet tight deadlines
Present and communicate product scopes
Professionally work through challenging customer situations
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Collaborate with other internal departments
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of blueprints, drawings and construction
- Previous estimating / sales experience in a construction industry or fencing industry is an asset.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
- Ability to get along with various personality types and play an active role in the team
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills combined with computer proficiency
- Professional & positive attitude to tackle problems
