Responsibilities
Ton rôle en tant qu'estimateur bâtiment dans cette entreprise en construction du Centre-du-Québec:
- Lecture de plan et devis;
- Estimation des coûts du projet (main d'oeuvres, sous-traitance et matériaux);
- Participer aux réunions de coordinations des projets;
- Développer et maintenir les relations avec les fournisseurs/sous-traitants
- Collaborer avec la charge de projet;
- Autre tâches pertinentes aux fonctions;
Qualifications
Tes qualifications d'estimateur en bâtiment dans cette entreprise en construction du Centre-du-Québec:
- Diplôme en estimation ou formation connexe pertinente;
- Expérience en estimation de projets bâtiment de 3 ans et plus
- Lecture de plan et devis;
- Bonnes compétences en communication;
