Responsibilities
❖ Ability to troubleshoot and improve installed electrical equipment/infrastructure
❖ Ability to install/replace electrical equipment/infrastructure.
❖ Ability to utilize drawings, electrical schematics, and documents as part of performing work.
❖ Experience using electronic Work Management Systems (CMMS, Work Order System, etc.) for
documentation of work performed and data collection.
❖ Ability to use computers and electronic devices for communication and documentation.
❖ Must be compliant with health and safety guidelines
❖ Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act and
Regulations for Industrial Establishments
❖ Good interpersonal skills in dealing with adolescents and the general public.
❖ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
❖ Valid Ontario Driver's License, Class G with clean abstract


Qualifications
❖ Minimum Licensed 309 A Journeyman Electrician – Construction and Maintenance
❖ 1 to 3 years previous related and/or on the job experience in an electrical maintenance capacity
for facility power supply, distribution, and lighting up to at least 600V in a commercial/industrial
setting
