As a Supervisor, you will oversee electrical projects and job sites, collaborating closely with a team of Electricians and the Branch Manager. Your responsibilities will include scheduling resources, preparing timely quotes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A key part of your role will be to uphold and promote a positive company image by ensuring consistency, quality, safety, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, leading by example.
- Train and mentor team members effectively.
- Identify sales opportunities during site visits or customer interactions.
- Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through networking and customer account management.
- Work safely, following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality targets.
- Interpret and review control panels, circuits, and technical drawings.
- Respond promptly to emergency service needs, including working outside regular hours or on weekends.
- Perform fieldwork and installations at a managerial level.
- Conduct employee performance reviews as required.
- Visit job sites to oversee or inspect project installations.
- Travel as necessary for project supervision or fieldwork.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial setting as a licensed 309A or 442a electrician
- You possess a valid G drivers license with a clean record
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with amazing customer service
- Strong ability to lead a team
- You are able to problem solve with minimal interruption
