Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee commercial electrical projects from planning through completion.
• Supervise and coordinate a busy 24/7 electrical service department, ensuring prompt and reliable service to our long-standing customer base.
• Provide on-site and office-based project management support, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and team coordination.
• Lead, support, and mentor journeypersons and apprentices, promoting skills development and safety in the field.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and communication throughout all project phases.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet or exceed quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team and field personnel to drive efficiency, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications
Electrical Project Management (5 Years) and/or
Journeyman or Master Electrician and/or
Engineering Bachelors Degree with Commercial experience
