This role is qualified as a high technology role and therefore will be exempt from paying OT and DT. The hours worked over 8h/day and 40/week will be paid as straight time.

Responsibilities
• Test Planning : Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and use them to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies.
• Review Requirements: Review use cases, system, and product specifications to fully understand the system/solution requirements and translate system and sub-system requirements to test requirements and test plans
• Test Design and Execution: Create and execute detailed functional, regression, integration, and performance test cases and test scripts based on requirements and specifications. Manage traceability between the test plan, test cases, automation sequences, and requirements. Report test progress and coverage to stakeholders.
• Defect Identification and Reporting: Document, report, and help solve defects, issues, and anomalies using a defect tracking system
• Test Bench Development: Support test bench development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, and maintenance
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3 years of experience in integration, verification, and validation of high voltage electrical products with IoT features or complex systems
• Experience in electrical HW/FW testing, including test system design, test automation, test plan development and debugging HW/FW issues
• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment (AC/DC Power Supplies, Keysight CDS, Grid emulators etc), instrumentation, and software tools.
• Knowledge of EV communication standards – ISO 15118-2/-20, OCPP, and DIN specifications.
• Experience in design and development of power electronics products for electric vehicles or V2X applications is a plus.
• Proficiency in systems engineering practices and working with tools like JAMA, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Able to work in dynamic, multi-time zone work environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• 10% travel required
