Our client, a high-tech company located in Saint-Laurent, is seeking three Electrical Designers for a one-year renewable contract. Reporting to the Hardware Design team, the selected candidates will contribute to the development of hardware solutions for advanced training devices. Responsibilities include creating wiring diagrams, analyzing technical specifications, supporting manufacturing activities, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), has at least five years of experience, is proficient with CAD tools, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, and is bilingual in French and English.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours, hybrid mode (3 days/week in office)
Location: Saint-Laurent, Quebec
Hourly Rate: Up to $35.50/hour (T4)
Duration: One-year contract, renewable
Important: Candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents to obtain Controlled Goods clearance.

Responsibilities
• Be part of a team responsible for electrical design
• Participate in the analysis of drawings, specifications, and requirements from both internal and external clients
• Contribute to design activities involving various engineering teams and manufacturing
• Responsible for creating wiring diagrams and schematics
• Develop technical solutions to meet project requirements
• Support the manufacturing team
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (minimum 5 years)
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts
• Proficiency with CAD systems, word processing, and spreadsheet software
• Proficiency with PLM systems
• Excellent team spirit and strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage priorities in a context of multiple and complex deliverables
• Bilingualism is essential
